One Pearl Bank - Current updates



CapitaLand has revealed the plan for One Pearl Bank, the advancement supplanting the horseshoe-formed One Pearl Bank Apartments procured by the designer for $728 million in February a year ago.

Planned by multi-grant winning Serie+Multiply, the One Pearl Bank Condo contains two bended 39-story towers that are associated at the rooftop by sky spans. It is slated for fulfillment in 2023.

At 178 meters, Pearl Bank Apartments is set to be the tallest private advancement inside the Outram-Chinatown area, offering sees that reach out from the Central Business District to Sentosa.

CapitaLand noticed that the improvement's slim, bended veneers make a vaporous and light impact, giving One Pearl Bank showflat occupants and spectators adequate space "to watch out and through the towers to respect the dazzling perspectives on the slope".
